Current Mission: We Need a Break

Into the Wild Black Yonder, Part 1:

The Kansas City replaces the Rome and the new ship and her new crew are sent out to explore what has yet to be unexplored out past Deep Space Seven and the Atlantis Colony.

Cloak & Dagger:

The USS Rome is dispatched to the Planet Vulcan assist in dealing with a mysterious disease that is effecting the Vulcan people. The disease closely resembles Bendii Syndrome, and the Rome is only one ship in a small Task Force commanded by Admiral T'onna Grenn that has been sent to deal with the problem. During the mission the Rome was destoryed by pirates using Romulan weaponry.

We Need a Break:

While en route to Deep Space Seven to pick up our new Chief Medical Officer, the USS Rome is ambushed by a group of Orion Pirates and a group of Nausican Pirates working together. The quick thinking and timely actions of Lieutenants Sajar Br^ll and Bretagne 5 save the ship from being seriously damaged and possibly destroyed. The Rome limps to Deep Space Seven for repairs and some much needed R & R. After arriving at DS-7 Admiral Emerson, the Commanding Officer of the Station, orders an investigation into the attack as the Rome's crew go their separate ways for a few days of rest and relaxation as the Rome is repaired by the staff at DS-7.

The Road Less Traveled:

The Rome has departed from Earth Station McKinley following a short period of Shore Leave that was granted at the conclusion of the War Games. The Rome arrives in Romulan Space and takes on a Romulan Ambassador and her entourage. As peace talks commence headed by Lieutenant Commander Nosnhoj and Lieutenant J.G. Jones, Captain Malkus and Crewman Zippy launch the Tesla to explore the largest dark matter nebula in known existence. While exploring the nebula the Captain and Zippy come across a historical relic, a fighter from the future that got to the current time by way of the Temporal Cold War. The Tesla drops a sensor marker and the Rome enters the nebula, and retrieves the fighter. As repairs to the fighter are carried out by Crewman Recruit Zippy and the fighter's pilot, Lieutenant Commander Haelea Nosnhoj and Lieutenant J.G. Ra'Kal Jones conclude negotiations with the Romulan Ambassador, signing a Peace Treaty that will allow for future scientific exploration missions in Romulan Space and hopefully pave the way for future peace treaties and talks between the United Federation of Planets and the Romulan Star Empire.

The Blade's Edge:

The Rome has joined elements from the rest of the fleet for a series of War Games. We failed in our first obejective, which was to locate the drifting USS Bokinova, a Nova Class ship. The Second Objective was to storm a planet held by a holographic force of Gorn warriors, we succeeded in regaining control of the planet.

Shakedown Cruise:

The Rome leaves the confines of Deep Space 12 following repairs and sets off on a Shakedown Cruise to Wolf 359 where she will join elements from the rest of the Fleet for a series of War Games.
